Training sessions focus on five key areas, informed by research and expertise:

Application: Complete the online application form and submit the required documents
Interview: Successful applicants, who are eligible and show potential to teach, are invited for an interview to assess readiness for our programme
Offer: Successful candidates are offered a place, and are enrolled once you accept
Induction: SCITT trainees for September attend staff induction day in your school in the Summer term to understand course structure, professional expectations and meet your department in school
